Ownership Promise

With Network Q you know exactly what you're getting. We ensure your vehicle meets our rigorous quality standards, checking Vauxhall's recall register as well as the accuracy of your vehicle's mileage, ownership and identity. If anything's not quite right, our 30 Day Exchange Pledge entitles you to a replacement vehicle.

1 Year Warranty

Every Network Q vehicle has a minimum 12-month warranty. Vehicles less than 2 years old get the balance of the manufacturer warranty, which lasts until the vehicle reaches 3 years old or 60,000 miles (whichever comes first).

30 Day Exchange Pledge

We believe in our vehicles, in their inherent quality and regard our customer's satisfaction as a priority. So for added peace of mind, if your vehicle develops a mechanical or electrical fault (in the first 30 days of ownership) that cannot be repaired to a satisfactory standard, we'll exchange it for a Network Q vehicle of equal value.

Free to Go Insurance
